Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Dietary Services Supervisor to plan, direct, and supervise the dietary department to deliver nutritionally appropriate meals. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain quality food service and resident care.

You will lead staff, coordinate with the Registered Dietitian and Administrator, manage forecasting, inventory, and budgeting, and adapt menus to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be certified within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of nutrition service within the dietary department.
• Provide leadership to ensure food quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Registered Dietitian and Administrator on nutrition care and plan.
