Apploi is seeking a kitchen prep professional to prepare foods according to state regulations, administrative policies, and resident diet requirements. You will follow standardized recipes, monitor waste, and ensure portions meet menu and diet needs.

The role involves coordinating with meal serving times, maintaining food quality, and safely operating kitchen equipment in a professional office environment. English communication is required, with at least 2 years of experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of quality food preparation preferred.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.

Responsabilidades

• Follows established departmental procedures in accordance with state regulations and administrative policies.
• Follows the established standardized recipes and monitors food production and waste.
• Prepares the portions of meal items according to menu and diet requirements.
• Reviews menus for special diet needs prior to meal.
• Monitors tray line at meal times to ensure that proper portion control standards, dietary restrictions, and dietary supplementation are being adhered to.
• Prepare food to coincide with meal serving hours so that quality, quantity, temperature, and appearance of food are preserved.
