• Handles food using proper safety techniques according to policy.
• Serves food in an attractive, appetizing manner and checks taste and palatability before service.
• Maintains proper temperatures during preparation and service and records temperatures.
• Assists with tray-line setup, assembles trays per menu, tray tickets, portions, and resident preferences, ensuring accuracy.
