Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow planned menus, ensure quality, and maintain a clean kitchen.

The position requires adhering to safety guidelines, assisting with inventory, and providing excellent resident service. A high school diploma and dietary certifications are preferred, with residency within the service area. This is an on-site role in Arlington, WA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cook/food prep experience preferred.
• Must follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
