• Follow diet orders and NPO diets as directed.
• Serve nourishments and record substitutions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workspaces.
• Operate dish machines and food service equipment.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage per regulations.
• Assist with supervision of kitchen staff and stock supplies.
• Prepare trays and deliver to residents on schedule.
