You will supervise dietary staff, plan and serve menus aligned with patient nutritional needs, manage inventory, and collaborate with departments to maintain safety and efficiency. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a dietary or culinary role.
• Certificate in Dietary Management or related field.
• FT/PT schedule with weekends required.
• Must pass drug and background check and physical exam.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train dietary staff to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Plan, prepare, and serve menus in accordance with patient nutritional needs and preferences
