Covenant Living Communities is seeking a Dietary Aide in Santa Barbara, CA to prepare and deliver healthy meals for residents under the supervision of Dietitians and the Chef.

You will communicate dietary needs, assist with dining service, and help maintain a clean, safe environment while providing friendly, patient-centered hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit is required.
• ServSafe training is beneficial.
• One year of food service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service under the guidance of the Chef or Dietitian.
• Deliver dishes, trays, and designated times and rooms.
• Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order (includes dish, tray, trash, leftovers).
• Follow all sanitation guidelines, federal/state regulations, and Senior Living/Healthcare requirements; maintain cleanliness of prep items.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled and/or needed.
• Provide customer service and hospitality during nutrition delivery.
