Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Dietetic Aide to assist with meal preparation and delivery in a patient-centered dining program. You will work under supervision with Dietitians and kitchen staff to ensure meals meet nutritional needs and safety standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, dependability, and compassion for residents, with emphasis on sanitation, timeliness, and teamwork in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit required.
• ServSafe training beneficial.
• One year of food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service under guidance of Chef or Dietitian.
• Deliver dishes, trays, and designated times and rooms.
• Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines and safety regulations; maintain cleanliness of prep items.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled and needed.
• Provide customer service and hospitality during nutrition delivery.
