Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services seeks a Dietary Aide/Nutrition Aide to support meal preparation and delivery for residents. You will work with Dietitians to communicate allergies or restrictions and ensure meals meet nutritional needs in a hospital/long-term care setting.

You will assist with dining setup, food service, and sanitation, while maintaining safety standards and resident-centered care. A supportive team environment and opportunities for growth are available.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service, including serving food under the guidance of the Chef or Dietitian.
• Deliver dishes, trays, and designated times and rooms.
• Assist in setting up and clearing up dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order Includes dish, tray, trash, leftover removals.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines, federal / state regulations, and Senior Living / Healthcare requirements. Maintain cleanliness of prep items.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled and/or needed.
• Provide customer service and hospitality during nutrition delivery.
