Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays.
• Strip returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Assist with serving meals.
• Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwasher at shift start.
• Observe dishwasher cycle temperatures.
• Operate the dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and maintain floors.
• Carry groceries to storage and keep kitchen clean and sanitary.
