Job summary

Gallatin Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Dietary Aide to support daily food service operations in a skilled nursing environment. You will learn the food service routine quickly, assist with meal tray setup and serving, and help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen.

Responsibilities include operating the dishwasher, recording water temperatures, assisting with nourishments, sweeping/mopping floors, and participating in staff training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain a food handler certificate.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Must learn food service routines quickly.
