Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Learn food service routines quickly and work with supervisor.
• Operate dishwasher and wash dishes.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwasher.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen areas.
• Assist with training of dietary staff and maintain cleanliness.
