PACS Group is seeking a Dietary Aide for a shift-based position in Billings, MT. You will learn the food service routine quickly and assist with meal trays, serving meals, and clean-up tasks under supervision of the Cook and Dietary supervisor.

Responsibilities include checking dishwasher chlorine and water temps, operating the dishwasher, preparing nourishments, sweeping and mopping, stocking groceries, and helping maintain a sanitary kitchen. Must obtain a food handler's certificate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food handler certificate required.
• Ability to learn food service routines quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsabilités

• Set up meal trays.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Assist with serving meals.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwasher.
• Operate the dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen.
• Carry groceries away in a safe, orderly manner.
• Leave the kitchen clean and sanitary and assist cooks/dietary supervisor.
• Maintain clean work surfaces and refrigerators.
