Job summary

Hcshiring in Presque Isle, Maine is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide for a part-time role. Start at $16.00 per hour with increases based on experience, and training is provided to help you succeed in serving residents a nutritious, safe, and welcoming meals program.

As a vital member of our food and nutrition team, you will work with Dietary Managers and Cooks to prepare, serve, and maintain a positive dining experience, with flexible day and evening shifts and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Age at least 16 years old.
• No prior experience required—training provided.
• All offers contingent on Maine State Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Meal prep and portioning following facility procedures.
• Serve meals to residents while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Set up and break down dining areas and assist with general kitchen tasks.
• Help track kitchen supplies and food items (inventory).
• Stay current on facility protocols and state regulations.
