First Atlantic Healthcare's Ross Manor in Bangor, ME, is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents with nutritious meals in a safe, clean dining environment. You will collaborate with our Dietary Managers and Cooks to prepare, serve, and maintain a welcoming dining experience.

No prior experience is required as we provide training; this role offers growth potential into cooking, management, or clinical fields and is backed by education support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ required.
• No prior experience necessary—we provide training.
• All offers contingent upon excellent references and Maine State Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Meal prep: Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures.
• Service: Serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Organization: Set up and take down dining areas and assist with general kitchen maintenance.
• Inventory: Help track kitchen supplies and food items.
