Colonial Health Care in Lincoln, Maine, is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join our dining team within a supportive long-term care setting. No experience is required; we provide training to help you deliver nutritious meals in a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

We offer flexible Day and Evening shifts, every other weekend, plus tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with employer contributions, full benefits, life insurance, FSA options, EAP, PTO, and opportunities for growth into cooking,

• Age 16 or older.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• References and Maine State Background Check required.

• Role Overview: As a vital health professional working in food service, you will work alongside our Dietary Managers and Cooks to prepare, serve, and maintain a welcoming dining experience for our residents.

Your Responsibilities & Duties

• Meal Prep: Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures.

• Service: Serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.

• Organization: Set up and take down dining areas and assist with general kitchen maintenance.

• Inventory: Help track kitchen supplies and food items.

• Compliance: Stay current on facility protocols and state regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years of age.

• Experience: No prior experience necessary—we are happy to train you!
