Nourish Residents is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to support our residents with nutritious meals in a safe, welcoming dining environment. You will work with our Dietary Managers and Cooks to deliver a positive dining experience and uphold clean, hygienic food service standards.

No prior experience is required; we provide training and support to help you succeed. Flexible shifts and a path toward broader roles in food service and clinical fields are available.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Pass Maine State Background Check.

• Meal Prep: Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures.
• Service: Serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Organization: Set up and take down dining areas and assist with general kitchen maintenance.
