Job summary

Hill Valley Healthcare is hiring a Dietary Aide to support residents with nutritious meals in a compassionate dining program. You’ll prepare and serve meals, maintain clean dining areas, and collaborate with the dietary team to deliver an exceptional resident dining experience.

Qualifications

• Prior food service or healthcare dietary experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
• Set up and maintain clean, organized dining areas.
• Deliver meals to residents with a friendly, compassionate attitude.
• Assist residents during meal service as needed.
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
• Properly store food and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
