Responsibilities

• Learn food service routine quickly and set up meal trays.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Assist with serving meals and prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing machine at shift start.
• Operate dishwasher and maintain clean, sanitary work areas.
• Clean surfaces, refrigerators, and floors; sweep and mop kitchen.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.
