PACS is seeking a Dietary Aide to support hospital dining services. The role reports to the Cook and Dietary supervisor and assists with meal service, tray setup, and kitchen cleanliness.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read procedures/recipes, and teamwork across departments. The position involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and participation in ongoing dietary staff training.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read technical procedures and recipes.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to assist in all kitchen tasks.

Responsabilités

• Must learn food service routine within a short period.
• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays, wash dishes, and operate the dishwasher.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing machine.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces.
• Maintain clean floors, surfaces, and refrigerators; empty trash.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.
