PACS Group is seeking a Dietary Aide General Purpose to support kitchen operations across post-acute healthcare settings. The role involves learning food service routines quickly, setting up meal trays, and assisting with meal service under supervision of the Cook and Dietary supervisor.

• Must learn food service routines quickly.
• Read and follow technical procedures and recipes.
• Work cooperatively with staff across departments.
• Ability to present information to managers and employees.
• Apply fractions, percentages, ratios to practical tasks.
• Able to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Set up meal trays.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Assist with serving meals.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwashing machine.
• Observe dishwasher water temperatures.
• Operate dishwasher.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep and mop kitchen.
• Carry out trash and garbage.
• Store groceries safely.
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitary and assist when called upon by supervisor.
• Clean work surfaces and refrigerators.
• Participate in orientation and on-going training of dietary staff.
• Work cooperatively with personnel in all departments.
