• Ability to read technical procedures and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Aufgaben

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and sanitation.
• Observe and record dishwashing water temperatures and chlorine levels.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
