Job summary

PACS is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, tray assemblies, and meal delivery to residents. You will help maintain sanitation, stock supplies, and follow safety standards in a resident-centered environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, reliability, and a willingness to learn; prior food service experience is helpful and training may be provided. This is a hands-on role supporting the dietary team on site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal and snack preparation as directed.
• Assemble trays, portion items, and help with meal service.
• Deliver meals to resident rooms and dining areas with care.
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain sanitation standards.
• Stock and rotate supplies using safe storage practices.
• Follow food safety guidelines, allergy precautions, and infection control procedures.
• Communicate needs, concerns, or changes to the Dietary Manager.
