Job summary

Messiah Lifeways in Mechanicsburg, PA is looking for a full-time Dietary Aide to help create welcoming dining moments for older adults. You’ll serve meals with kindness, support meal preparation, and work as part of a caring Dining Services team.

Responsibilities include serving meals, assisting with portioning and setup, ensuring residents receive correct meals per dietary guidelines, keeping areas clean, and helping with kitchen tasks while following food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Dietary Aide or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

We are looking for a full-time Dietary Aide to support daily operations from 6:00AM - 2:30PM. Hours and shifts available may vary based on department needs, but every other weekend and holiday is required for all Dietary team members.
