Responsibilities

• Set up dining rooms and meal trays before each meal.
• Serve meals and beverages to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Follow resident-specific diets, textures, allergies, and portions.
• Collect dishes and clear tables after meal service.
• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep dining and kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Stock food, beverages, and supplies.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Communicate resident requests or concerns to the team.
• Work with cooks and dietary staff to keep meal service running smoothly.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Dietary Aide to join our senior living community! You don't need years of experience to be successful in this role. If you enjoy helping others, work well as part of a team, and take pride in keeping things clean and organized, we would love to meet you.

As a Dietary Aide, you'll help prepare dining areas, serve meals, assist residents, and support the kitchen team. Your kindness and attention to detail will help make every meal feel a little more like home.

What You'll Do

• Set up dining rooms and meal trays before each meal

• Serve meals and beverages to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude

• Follow resident-specific diets, food textures, allergies, and portion requirements

• Collect dishes and clean tables following meal service

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment

• Keep dining and kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary

• Stock food, beverages, and supplies

• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures

• Communicate resident requests or concerns to the appropriate team member

• Work alongside cooks and other dietary team members to keep meal service running smoothly
