Job summary

White Acres Assisted Living is seeking a Cook to prepare, in a timely manner, nutritious and attractive meals and supplements for all residents in accordance with Federal, State and Corporate requirements. The role requires safe and sanitary food preparation, and, in the absence of the Director of Nutritional Services, the cook may supervise staff.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Prior food service and/or long-term care experience preferred.
