Job summary

Mesquite Village Wellness & Rehabilitation seeks a Dietary Aide to prepare nutritious meals and supplements for residents in a timely, compliant manner. You will perform duties safely and maintain sanitary practices, supporting the Nutritional Services team and attending required meetings or in-services.

The role emphasizes professional appearance, clear communication, and adherence to company standards for resident rights and service quality.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Prior food service and/or long-term care experience preferred.

• Performs duties in a safe and sanitary manner.
• The cook supervises staff in the absence of the Director of Nutritional Services.
