Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.

Shift: Shift 1
Provides direct one-on-one customer service for meal fulfillment from patients, nurses, and other disciplines (providers, speech therapy, dietitians). Has an in-depth understanding of diet and nutrient restrictions to ensure accurate and compliant meals, maintaining the integrity of diet orders. Acts as a communication link between healthcare disciplines for diet order verification and uses problem-solving skills to resolve issues, ensuring diet order accuracy in computer systems (Epic and Cbord). Responsible for data analytics to meet patient safety standards. The role requires meeting the needs of all five hospital entities without error to ensure meal order accuracy and fulfillment.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare food service or customer service, including experience with computer applications related to customer service, food service, or call centers, is required. Knowledge of nutrition through coursework or experience is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Post-secondary education is preferred.
Interpersonal skills necessary to interact courteously with patients, visitors, and staff.
