Join to apply for the Scheduling Access Rep role at Children's Wisconsin.

This role is an active member of the access team, responsible for welcoming patient families to Children’s Medical Group for appointment scheduling following the scheduling modules. The position serves as a liaison between patient families and the clinic. It reports to the CMG Contact Center Supervisor and collaborates with the Regional Access Specialist and clinic leadership for optimal outcomes.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children’s values and support our mission and vision.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical menu software, medical billing, patient scheduling, and business office procedures preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to assist patients, parents, physicians, and staff.
• Good concentration skills in a fast-paced environment to handle incoming calls efficiently and accurately.
• Flexibility to prioritize efforts to meet the needs of patients, parents, physicians, and staff.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight while meeting quality metrics.
• Ability to sit for extended periods; may be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Support other primary care locations as requested.

Additional Details

This is a fully remote position. Hours are from 7 AM to 5:30 PM.
