  2. Perform extensive web searches to find leads' & companies' contact information
  3. Execute periodic data updates for leads lacking updated contact information
  4. Update reports promptly daily & weekly via the ERP system
  5. Read Raw ServiceConnect responses & website messages (on demand)
  6. Categorize initial ServiceConnect responses & website messages (on demand)
