PACS is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our post-acute healthcare facilities. The role focuses on meal tray setup, feeding assistance, dishwashing, and kitchen sanitation to ensure safe, clean food service operations.

The candidate should be able to learn routines quickly, follow recipes, and cooperate with culinary and supervisory staff. High school diploma and food handler certification are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and procedures.
• Ability to learn food service routines quickly.

Responsabilités

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Operate dishwasher and maintain sanitation.
• Sweep, mop, and clean the kitchen and refrigerators.
• Carry out trash and maintain safe, orderly storage of groceries.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing dietary staff training.
