Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 1+ years in industrial maintenance or 4 years' diesel mechanic experience.
• Technical diploma or associate degree in maintenance (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of diesel engine electrical systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to run tests, diagnose problems and maintain detailed service records.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on company vehicles to keep fleet safe and cost-efficient.
• Inform lead technician when tasks are complete or additional work is needed.
• Provide a parts list and maintain accurate time/parts records.
• Follow safety programs and company policies; conduct DOT inspections.
