Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an entry-level Diesel Technician/Mechanic III to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will learn Penske’s maintenance processes with expert mentorship and access to industry-certified training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work in a team and outdoors.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair vehicles to keep customers safe and on the road.
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication; some electrical/cooling work.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and coaching.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
