Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to comply with DOT/ OSHA safety policies and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tires, lubrication and some electrical/cooling maintenance.
• Learn new skills through technician training and coaching.
• Handle additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
