Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a qualified Technician to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet in North Las Vegas. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and hands-on learning with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; able to pass drug screen and comply with DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service vehicles to ensure safety for customers.
• Use Penske tools and tech to log, research and complete repairs and basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and component lubrication, tire rotation, and minor electrical/cooling work.
• Work with manager and technicians to learn new skills through Penske training.
• Contribute to other projects as assigned by supervisor.
