Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs to keep vehicles safe for customers.
• Log repairs and diagnostics using Penske’s tools and technologies.
• Assist with tires, lubrication, and basic electrical system maintenance on gas and diesel vehicles.
• Partner with supervisor to learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Support other tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor.
