Starting pay is $20.28 per hour with progression through a structured trainee program. The schedule is Monday–Friday, first shift, with weekends off. No experience is required to start.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year mechanical experience with diesel engines preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong technical aptitude; ability to learn equipment and machinery.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.
• Beginner knowledge of machines, tools, and shop management systems preferred.
• CDL CLASS A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move heavy duty vehicles into/out of yard, wash bay, or service shop; fuel vehicles and maintain inventory.
• Perform multi-point inspections on inbound units per company policies.
• Maintain fuel island area to Six Sigma standards and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Attend and complete Technician Training Development Program requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
