No experience required; first shift 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday with weekends off; PTO starts day 1, 401(k) match, and safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Zero to one year mechanical experience with diesel engines preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn to use and maintain equipment and machinery
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly and work independently or in a team
• CDL Class A preferred
• DOT safety regulated position; safety sensitive position; age/work hours per state law

Responsibilities

• Move heavy duty vehicles in/out of yard, wash bay, or service shop and fuel diesel, natural gas, and hybrid vehicles per safety policies
• Perform multi-point inspections and report issues to shop
• Maintain fuel island area and assist with facility maintenance
• Attend and complete Technician Training Development Program requirements and assessments
• Follow 6S standards for service island organization and cleanliness
• Perform preventive maintenance, tire and wheel tasks, and service bay tool use (Technician I-II)
