Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical certifications preferred.
• Valid CDL CLASS A preferred.
• All other certifications as required by location.
• 2+ years of relevant mechanical repair experience preferred.
• Must pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical and road test.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties on heavy duty equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and diagnostics on engines and electrical systems.
• Diagnose complex problems with diagnostic tools and repair accordingly.
• Complete inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Interact with customers/drivers to determine nature of the issue.
• Adhere to safety, DOT, and company compliance guidelines.
