Job summary

Ryder is hiring a mid-level Diesel Technician in Springfield, Massachusetts for the second shift (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm). The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art diagnostics and tools on heavy-duty vehicles.

Eligible candidates can earn a $2,500 sign-on bonus, $100 certification bonus per ASE certification up to $700, and quarterly bonuses up to $500, plus 80 hours PTO from day one, 401(k) match, tuition repayment, and a stock discount.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or Technical Certification preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A preferred; must obtain CDL within 6 months.
