Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined and willing to learn new skills.
• Experience or training in basic vehicle maintenance is helpful.
• Able to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, diagnose, and repair issues.
• Perform basic maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and coaching.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
