Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Technician in Milford, DE to maintain and repair our fleet, applying diagnostic skills and Penske training to keep vehicles safe and on the road. You will work with experienced teams and use our advanced maintenance tools in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; tech certification preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive/diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, research, and complete repairs, including diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills through Penske training and coaching.
• Collaborate with supervisor on other tasks as assigned.
