Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a skilled Technician in Nashville to perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet. You will learn Penske’s maintenance processes, use our diagnostic tools, and grow through our technician training program.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in automotive repair, valid license, and a collaborative, safety‑minded mindset. This is a full‑time on‑site role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational/technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools; strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and component lubrication on gas and diesel engines.
• Learn new skills via Penske technician training and coaching.
• Collaborate with supervisor on other projects.
