Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• The ability to solve problems and comfort using tools.
• Basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers.
• Log, research, and complete repairs using Penske tools and technologies; basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation, lubrication, and cooling system maintenance on gas and diesel vehicles.
• Collaborate with manager to learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Take on additional projects as assigned by supervisor.
