Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled Technician in Middlefield, OH. You will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet, helping customers keep vehicles on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Using Penske's tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics.
• Performing preventative maintenance repairs—like replacing or rotating tires—and lubrication and replacement.
• Learning new skills through Penske technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Working on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
