Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must comply with Penske safety policies including DOT/OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
• Use Penske’s tools to log, diagnose, and repair vehicles.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication of components.
• Learn new skills through Penske training and hands‑on coaching.
• Handle other tasks assigned by supervisor.
