Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to solve problems and use tools effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; team-oriented and able to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service vehicles to ensure safety for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and component lubrication, plus some electrical and cooling system maintenance.
• Collaborate with supervision to learn new skills through Penske’s technician training.
