Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is expected.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure vehicle safety for customers.
• Use Penske tools/technologies to log, research and complete repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance like tire rotation and lubrication.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and coaching.
• Handle additional projects assigned by supervisor.
