Job summary

Cox Fleet is hiring a Shop Diesel Technician II to support growth. You will perform licensed DOT inspections, PMs, and light to heavy repairs in a shop environment, with supervision for advanced tasks. You will also document work and maintain safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience, plus ASE certifications preferred. This position offers weekly pay, uniforms, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years' related field experience, or equivalent
• Able to pass DOT pre-employment screening and DOT physical
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform licensed DOT inspections and PMs on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles
• Conduct light mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic diagnostics
• Document findings on Repair Orders using company device or Karmak app
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and communicate with Shop Manager
