Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication, plus some electrical and cooling system maintenance.
• Collaborate with supervisor to learn new skills through Penske training programs.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
